Refund and Returns Policy

At BubsySkin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please review our refund and returns policy below for details on how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Returns Policy

We accept returns for most products within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return must include the original proof of purchase (order receipt or invoice).
  • Products that are marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” are not eligible for return.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@bubsyskin.com or call 423-638-7811 within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details of the product(s) you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions for returning your items.
  3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective product, wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items.
  4. Packaging: Please securely package the items in their original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund according to the following terms:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the receipt of the returned items.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees unless the return is due to reasons not attributable to BubsySkin (e.g., if the product is not in its original condition or packaging).

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for the item you wish to return and place a new order for the replacement product.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@bubsyskin.com or call 423-638-7811 within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you with the return process and cover the return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded:

  • Opened or used skincare products (due to health and safety regulations).
  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance or sale items marked as final sale.

7. International Orders

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes. Refunds will be processed in U.S. dollars based on the amount paid, excluding any shipping charges.
